This dish is made by handpainting a specialist glass paints made from ground glass, onto the reverse of the glass, a pattern is then dragged through the paint, similar to icing on a cake,  the item is then fired overnight and the process repeated until the desired affect is achieved the flat glass is then fired a further time in a mould to create the desired shape
